Go Green! Possible?

Many places are “going green”, and we all know what this means, reduce, reuse, replenish, recycle. The future looks grim if we do not look for more earth-friendly ways of living. This is a cartoon representation of the outcome of our bad habits, but it may not be all far fetched. This clip is from a cartoon called Futurama.

Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” may seem a bit much, but Mr. Gore is not far off. I am not sure that the world is changing as fast as Mr. Gore says, but we cannot hide from the facts. If we believe that this is true, (and many are nonbelievers) then we must try to fix this mistake. But how? Another cartoon from the 90’s is a favorite of mine, and they have a song that is perfect on how to fix the world. Isn’t it funny that a cartoon that was before the times of Global Warming is warning against our actions, that they will have dire consequences? Maybe it’s just me…
